Billing questions
Is this a subscription?
The Exam Pass isn't. You pay once, it lasts 90 days, and it ends on its own. No card is kept on file and there is nothing to cancel. All-Access is a normal annual subscription and renews unless you cancel it from Settings.
What happens when my pass runs out?
Your account goes back to the free tier and everything you built stays put: your progress, your streak and every topic you've covered. We'll email you a week before it ends, and again on the day. Buy another pass whenever your next sitting comes round.
I'm sitting two modules. Do I need two passes?
No. One pass covers everything on acaunty: all three levels, both syllabuses, every module. Sit as many exams as you like inside your 90 days.
What if I don't pass my exam?
Your next pass is free. Email us with your result notice and we'll send you a code, provided you completed at least two full mock exams during the pass you bought.
What's included in the free tier?
Sign up free and sit up to 3 full timed mock exams, with your results saved and progress tracked. You also get one written answer marked by AI, so you can see how the marking works. No card details needed.
Is payment secure?
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
