Refund Policy

Last updated 12 June 2026

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for your acaunty subscription. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage subscription, which opens Stripe’s customer portal. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and is not renewed after that. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Refunds

Because access continues to the end of the paid period, we do not generally provide pro-rata refunds for the remainder of a billing period after you cancel. This does not affect your statutory rights below.

Your 14-day cancellation right

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days from the start of your subscription to cancel for a refund. However, because the Service is digital content supplied immediately, by subscribing and starting to use the paid features you agree that supply begins right away and acknowledge that you lose this 14-day cancellation right once supply has begun. If you have not yet used the paid features, contact us within 14 days and we will refund your most recent payment.

Problems and exceptional cases

If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or could not access the Service due to a fault on our side, contact us and we will put it right, including a refund where appropriate.

How to request a refund

Email hello@acaunty.co.uk or use our contact page with the email address on your account and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within two working days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
